I’m a firm believer that your wedding day should be exactly how You want it. So much of life is dictated to us by rules and standards the day you celebrate your love and commitment to each other shouldn’t be. Whether it's a traditional wedding at a church, a backyard shindig or an adventure elopement in an iconic destination the day should be all about the two of you and celebrating your incredible adventure together. As your photographer, I will do everything I can to support your choices and decisions while capturing all the special moments for you to treasure and remember later.

Coffee or Wine and a budding new friendship! I can’t wait to hear all the special details. So let’s sit down together and share a drink - either in person or virtual - and chat about it all. If you’ve found your dress I’d love to see! If you’ve always dreamed of something specific- share it. I love all the special things that make your specific wedding unique. And I can’t wait to help in any way I can!

Booking - If you decide that we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. Both are electronic and super simple to write (and print for your records too!) Deposits are 50% of the total cost and non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid in whatever increments you’d like with the total balance due 30 days after your wedding. (Photos will be edited as soon as the balance is paid!) If additional time or payment plan options are needed let me know - I try my best to work with my clients as long as communication takes place.

Let’s talk! - This is such an important day for you and I want to be along for the journey as you plan it. With so much to figure out I hope it eases some of the stress knowing you have a wedding professional in your corner! I’ll be sending email updates with relevant topics in the months before your wedding and don’t forget you can always email or message anytime!

Let's Schedule Your Pre-Wedding Session! Whether you’re going with the traditional engagement session, a couples bridal session or the bridal boudoir - lets get it on the books! This is yet another great opportunity to get to know my shooting style and feel comfortable in front of my camera. (One less thing to stress over the day of the wedding!) Once the session is over, you’ll receive a few sneak peaks within 7 days and a whole gallery within 4-6 weeks* (unless of course it's the holiday season - the wait time might be just a little longer but don’t worry I’ll communicate with you so you know exactly when that gallery is live!)

Wedding Day Timeline - Being a wedding photographer, I’ve been to a LOT of weddings. And part of my luxury experience is to help you design a timeline for your wedding. We work together about 6 weeks before your wedding to make sure your wedding timeline allows for the best light, and optimum time frame for photos (and video!) You can share your custom timeline with all your vendors. Even though nothing is ever perfect or follows the timeline perfectly, having it can help alleviate a lot of the stresses related to the wedding day and allow you to relax and enjoy!

Your Wedding Day! I'll be there with gear and timeline in hand ready to shoot! I always have a second shooter and sometimes an assistant. They are there to help with light, fixing your dress, making sure I drink enough water (cause hello Arizona desert and heat) and that we capture every single moment of your special day!

Your Gallery Delivery - The champagne has been drunk,vows have been shared, dress is hung up and hopefully you're off relaxing together on your honeymoon! Now is when my work begins. I personally hand select each image and hand edit using a mix of professional programs to tell the story of your wedding in a stunning way. We will meet together 6-8 weeks after your wedding and preview your gallery and design your custom album together! Your gallery is now ready to share with friends and family and a few weeks later your custom album will arrive. Don't worry I’ll hurry and get it to you so you can enjoy it and share with all your loved ones.
